About Grimoire
A campaign management tool built by a GM, for GMs.
Our Mission
Grimoire exists to give game masters the organization tools their campaigns deserve. We believe that running tabletop RPGs should be about creativity and storytelling, not wrestling with scattered notes. Our goal is to build the management system we wished existed: purpose-built for TTRPGs, respecting the way GMs think, organize, and most importantly, respects GMs limited amount of time and energy. Not every GM has hours to spend configuring open-ended wikis or setting up complex databases. Grimoire is designed to be intuitive and quick to set up, so GMs can spend less time managing tools and more time crafting unforgettable adventures.
The Story
Grimoire started as a personal project born from frustration. After years of running campaigns across systems, I'd accumulated a graveyard of tools: Notion databases that couldn't handle relationships, Word documents that couldn't be searched, wikis that couldn't protect secrets. Every tool was either too generic (forcing TTRPG concepts into business software shapes) or too limiting (assuming every GM runs games the same way). So I started building. First for myself and my party, and now for every GM who's ever lost track of the NPC details the party befriended ten sessions ago. Grimoire is designed by a GM, for GMs. Every feature exists because I needed it at my table. And with the rise of AI assistants, we've built native integration so your 3rd party AI tools can actually access and understand your world, not just generate generic fantasy fluff.
The Grimoire Team
A solo developer who spends too much time prepping and worldbuilding, and not enough time running games.
